Perú Sabe: Cuisine as an agent of social change has been in the making for over a year by Ferran Adrià, Gastón Acurio and the Media Networks and Tensacalma team who followed the chefs on their journey along the Peruvian coast, mountains and Amazon regions.
All in all, they spent over a month on the tour, recording over 80 hours of film, from which they began the process of editing and compiling the documentary, completely captured in high definition.
The production of Perú Sabe: Cuisine as an agent of social change mobilized a team of over 25 producers, technicians, cameramen, assistants, etc, working under the general direction of Jesús María Santos.
